How it works

  4. You confirm. If it's out of its depth, it hands the conversation to you.

FAQ

Will it text people who called and hung up?

A missed call does not send an automatic text. Texting on your plan starts only after your own texting registration is approved, and Sunny only texts people who have texted you first or opted in.

How many conversations does the allowance cover?

The Full Package includes 1,000 texts a month and 300 call minutes. After that, texts are $0.06 each and voice is $1.00 a minute.

Does it sync with my calendar?

Sunny collects a preferred time and you confirm the appointment. Google Calendar is not synced, and Sunny does not write appointments into a calendar or other software.

Is Sunny a real person?

Sunny is an AI receptionist, not a person. Callers are talking to an AI. It will not pretend otherwise. If a conversation is outside what it was set up to handle, it hands the conversation to you.

Is there a contract?

No contract. Cancel anytime. Hosting, your domain, updates and support are included in the monthly.

How long until it's live?

Buy the Full Package, fill the one-time form, and we send the finished package for you to review, usually within about a week. A call is not required. Texting waits for your own registration approval.
