You can keep the business number you already have. The default on every plan is call forwarding: we still assign a Goldenhour number, and you forward busy and no-answer calls to it. You test that forwarding from your own phone. We do not place the test call.
Moving your number to Goldenhour is a port. Porting is available on the Full Package. It usually takes 1 to 4 weeks. A temporary Goldenhour number answers until the port finishes. Texting from a ported number needs A2P registration on that number, and that number has to be added to your campaign messaging service.
You can also take a new number from us. You own your number. If you cancel, a ported number is port-out eligible. We give you the port-out account and PIN, and we keep the number until the port-out finishes or 30 days pass. We do not release a ported number into a pool for someone else during that window.
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldenhour Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or messaging services.
Arizona law governs these terms. Disputes about this site belong in Arizona courts.
We may update these pages. The effective date at the top will change when we do. These terms are effective October 15, 2026.
