An AI receptionist answers the phone, or holds a text conversation, when the owner of an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or roofing company is on a job or closed for the day. Sunny is an AI receptionist, not a person. It takes the caller's details and collects a preferred time.
An AI receptionist is software. It is not a new hire, and it is not a recording that only asks the caller to leave a message. On a plan that includes voice, an AI voice picks up, talks with the caller, takes the details, and collects a preferred time.
Sunny is the AI receptionist from Goldenhour Solutions LLC. Goldenhour is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and serves HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies across the United States. The same facts are on the FAQ.
The useful hour is the one when you cannot get to the phone. Sunny does not replace the owner. It takes down the call.
A tech on a roof, under a sink, in a panel, or in a crawl space cannot take the next call. On the Full Package, an AI voice answers. It takes the caller's name, callback number, address, and what they need, and collects a preferred time.
On the Full Package, an AI voice picks up calls after hours, on weekends, and while you are on the other line. It takes messages, answers common questions, and collects a preferred time.
A no-heat call, a leak, a partial outage, or water coming in is specific. Sunny asks what is happening in the caller's words, the address, a callback number, and a preferred time. It does not diagnose the equipment, price the job, or promise a same-day truck. Those details go to the owner.
The same limit shows up on each trade page: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing. Sunny does not tell a caller the circuit is safe, and it does not tell a caller the roof has to be replaced.
Sunny collects a preferred time. That is the caller's request. The owner confirms the appointment when you are free. Until then, it is not booked. Sunny does not lock a calendar booking.
On the Full Package, Sunny answers questions and qualifies the job. If the call is outside what it was set up to answer, it hands the conversation to you. Every open quote gets a follow-up, and every finished job gets a review request.
Check these before you buy any AI receptionist. A product that blurs them will create work instead of taking it.
Callers are talking to an AI. If a product lets people think they reached a person, that is a reason to walk away.
Collecting a preferred time is not the same thing as booking the job. Ask what happens when two callers want the same hour. With Sunny, you choose the time.
Google Calendar is not synced. Sunny does not write the appointment into a calendar or into other software. Your calendar stays the way you keep it. Ask any vendor whether a calendar is connected, and what is saved when it is not.
An AI receptionist should not promise a same-day visit, and it should not send a crew. On a burst pipe, a no-heat call, a sparking outlet, or an active leak, Sunny takes where it is happening, the address, a callback number, and a preferred time, and gives those details to the owner. The owner decides how fast to call back.
If the call is outside what Sunny was set up to answer, it hands the conversation to you. For a fire, a gas smell, or a person who is hurt, the caller still needs emergency services. Sunny does not replace that call, and it does not send a truck.
A missed call does not send an automatic text. Calling (520) 602-8435 does not send a text, and calling that number does not opt you in. Texting on a client plan starts only after that client's own registration is approved. Texting from a ported number needs A2P registration on that number, and that number has to be added to your campaign messaging service. Until that registration is approved, the plan does not text your customers. You can hear the AI on that number before any of that.
Ask these in plain language. A short, direct answer is what you want. If the answer is fuzzy, the product is fuzzy.
The answers for Sunny are the ones already on this page and on the FAQ. Texting on a client plan starts only after that client's own registration is approved. Prices are below, and the same numbers are on the homepage pricing.
The website is included. Sunny answers, takes the details, and collects a preferred time.
You deal directly with the person who builds and runs your system — no account managers, no ticket queues, no maze of vendors. Buy the Full Package, fill the one-time form, and we build from those answers. You review the finished package before it goes live. It is ready for that review within about a week. Texting waits for your own registration approval. A call is not required.
The default on every plan is call forwarding. Goldenhour still assigns a number, and you forward busy and no-answer calls to it. You test that forwarding from your own phone. We do not place the test call. Moving your number is a port. Porting is available on the Full Package. It usually takes 1 to 4 weeks. A temporary Goldenhour number answers until the port finishes.
These are the same prices as the homepage. Hosting, your domain, updates, and support are included. No contract. Cancel anytime.
New customers buy the Full Package. There is not a smaller plan and there is not an upgrade fee.
The month includes 300 call minutes and 1,000 texts. After that, voice is $1.00 a minute and texts are $0.06 each. A top-up of $50, $100, or $250 adds wallet balance for that overage.
Try the AI before you buy. Call the AI. That call does not send a text. Then buy the Full Package and fill the one-time setup form. A call is optional. If you want one, book a call. The intake form comes first for that call. A time is held only after that form is in, and Alexander confirms it.
The calculators estimate missed-call cost, after-hours call value, and front-desk cost from sources labeled on those pages. They are not a promise that a plan recovers a difference.
Sunny answers, takes the caller's details, and collects a preferred time. The owner confirms the appointment.

Yes. Callers are talking to an AI, and the product should say so.
The owner confirms it. Sunny collects a preferred time and does not lock a calendar booking. Google Calendar is not synced.
